US Shipping: All shipping is done via USPS.  It takes about 3-4 days to process your order on our end. Once it has left our possession and shipped it takes about 3-5 days to deliver according to USPS. We cannot control any USPS delays once it has left our possession.

International Shipping It takes about 3-4 days to process on our end. Once it has left our possession and shipped via USPS, it takes 6-10 business days for priority according to USPS. For first class it could vary. We cannot control any delays ones it has left our possession.

Lost, stolen, or damage packages: You have the option to add route package protection. If not added Lucky Lashes & Cosmetics LLC is not responsible for lost and damaged packages. If any of the above occurs please contact route and file a claim. 

Please put your correct address at checkout. If packages are returned due to incorrect address at provided at checkout, you will be responsible for reshipping fees. If your package was delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect address you provided Lucky Lashes & Cosmetics LLC is not responsible.
